Carmen’s little taste of Italy originates from Carmen’s love and passion for food

which was born out of helping her mother in the kitchen. Having been raised in a

typical family with three brothers and a mother cooking three hot dinners a day, she

learnt to cook from a very young age and could only dream of having her own Italian

restaurant. Carmen’s Italian upbringing spills over into the way she presents and

cooks her meals and welcomes her guests as her family. Her menu intrigues and tan-

tilises the curiosity of her customers, keeping them coming back for more. It is an

extensive menu including many Italian favourites with several signature dishes. There

is no better place for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the picturesque Hunter Valley

where Carmen’s offers a 3 course Lunch for $35 or 2 courses for $30. Furthermore, we feature a wide range of the local Hunter Valley wines to compliment any of our signature dishes.
